Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with learning theory and instructional technologies
  • 1+ years of experience with DoD or IC
  • Experience with eLearning technologies
  • Experience in authoring instructional materials, learning objectives, and knowledge and performance tests
  • Experience with conducting computer-based training, including building curriculum and reference materials
  • Experience with integrating training into Learning Management Systems
  • Experience facilitating or instructing material
  • Experience with competency frameworks
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning or Instructional Design (Nice If You Have)
  • Instructional Design Certification (Nice If You Have)
Responsibilities
  • Constructing an interactive course that teaches critical tradecraft
  • Work with SMEs and product designers to capture client’s training needs
  • Advise clients on the right learning solution
  • Design training material and performance support tools
  • Build training material with curriculum developers and SMEs following the ADDIE model
  • Use technical skills, creativity, and experience to develop engaging learning experiences
  • Recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies, including blended learning
  • Meet with SMEs throughout the process to discuss learning material and incorporate feedback
  • Collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies such as the Kirkpatrick Model
  • Fine tune training for maximum impact
