- Record interventions in the computerized maintenance management system.
- Accompany external contractors.
- Perform welding on piping.
- Ensure water quality and installation safety.
- Reduce hydraulic waste.
- Follow hygiene rules during interventions.
- Wear personal protective equipment and keep work areas clean.
- Previous experience in a hotel or public-access establishment.
- Additional authorizations or qualifications, such as welding, working at height, or refrigerant-handling authorizations.
