  • Help your team grow new business in their territory
  • 1:1 coaching to support team traveling business-to-business to introduce Podium’s service
  • Achieve and exceed team monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Build new territories
  • Hire and scale your team
  • Lead with radical candor and are willing to have tough conversations
