Requirements
  • A certified yoga instructor with a recognized diploma or degree in Yoga or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching yoga, preferably in a resort or spa setting.
  • Strong knowledge of various yoga styles and techniques, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative.
  • Ability to provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate different levels of experience and physical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
  • Must be willing and able to travel occasionally for training or special events.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment for all guests.
Responsibilities
  • Lead yoga classes for resort guests, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Create and deliver yoga sessions that cater to guests of all skill levels and abilities.
  • Educate guests on the benefits of yoga and its role in a holistic wellness regimen.
  • Offer personalized attention and modifications to accommodate individual guest needs and abilities.
  • Collaborate with the resort’s wellness team to develop innovative yoga programs and events.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during yoga sessions.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment.
  • Stay updated on current yoga practices and wellness trends to continually enhance class offerings.
  • Assist with wellness workshops, special events, and promotional activities as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
