Requirements
  • 5+ years working with cloud-based OLAP platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Databricks in a data engineering and analyst capacity.
  • Deep understanding of data transformation, modeling, and schema evolution concepts.
  • Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience writing Python scripts to perform analysis in the warehouse.
  • Experience with data transformation and query organization tools like dbt.
  • Experience with data visualization products like Looker and Tableau.
Responsibilities
  • Work directly with customers to shape requirements for Fullstory’s data warehouse and BI tool integrations.
  • Review or author engineering design docs outlining new features in the Fullstory data product.
  • Research data warehouse and BI tool capabilities for potential Fullstory data integrations.
  • Work with product managers to roadmap new data product features or enhancements.
  • Design queries for customer audiences to support specific analytical use-cases like conversion rate optimization, customer retention, cart abandonment, and A/B test performance.
