Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience on Supply Chain Information Systems projects.
  • A degree from an engineering school, business school, or university with an orientation toward Supply Chain, IT, or Information Systems.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and their challenges in the luxury or retail sectors, including inventory management, planning, omnichannel distribution, and returns.
  • Proficiency with major Supply Chain Information Systems tools and solutions, including Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, Order Management Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP or Oracle, Advanced Planning and Scheduling systems, and demand-planning tools.
  • Awareness of product traceability, Digital Product Passport, and sustainability issues in the luxury and retail sector.
  • Ability to produce quality deliverables, including functional specifications, process-flow maps, test plans, and traceability matrices.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Frame and manage end-to-end implementation or redesign projects for Supply Chain Information Systems solutions, including Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, Order Management Systems, Advanced Planning and Scheduling systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
  • Analyze existing logistics processes, including procurement, inventory management, distribution, transportation, and returns, to identify issues and opportunities for Information Systems optimization.
  • Write functional specifications related to Supply Chain processes, including inbound and outbound flows, inventory management, traceability, and serialization.
  • Act as the interface between operational Supply Chain teams and IT teams or integrators to align business needs with deployed solutions.
  • Coordinate solution configuration, functional acceptance testing, and deployment phases.
  • Manage project governance meetings, including schedule, budget, risk tracking, and reporting to management.
  • Support change management for operational teams through training, documentation, and go-live support.
  • Contribute to product traceability, regulatory compliance, and Digital Product Passport projects related to sustainability challenges in the luxury and retail sector.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to business development.
