- At least four years of experience in account management or key account management, with demonstrable portfolio growth rather than only stable retention; experience in temporary staffing or personnel services is ideal.
- Experience negotiating and achieving commercial results with decision-makers at the site-management, executive-management, or procurement level.

- Advise companies on workforce strategy and develop individualized staffing concepts in close collaboration with customers.
- Manage the portfolio by monitoring customer workforce strategies, planning, locations, capacities, and growth potential.
- Analyze and steer portfolio growth opportunities, booking volume, fulfillment rates, and revenue development by account and location, then prioritize accounts accordingly.
- Develop staffing concepts covering job profiles, lead times, and location distribution for customers' workforce needs.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities within existing accounts, including connecting additional customer locations, expanding areas of deployment, and structuring seasonal demand.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers while protecting margins.
- Represent customer interests internally, provide operational context, and drive solutions for issues such as poor fulfillment rates, quality problems, and slow response times.
- Share structured market information from customer conversations with marketing, product, and operations stakeholders.
- Systematically reactivate inactive accounts by identifying the reasons for inactivity and creating concrete reactivation plans.
- Conduct structured business reviews covering booking-volume development, fulfillment performance, next-quarter planning, data-based assessments, and agreed actions.
- Act as a sparring partner for junior and mid-level account managers on difficult customer conversations, growth concepts, and presentations, and provide feedback on conversation management and concept quality.
- Experience in food retail, non-food retail, logistics, or hospitality.
- Experience in the temporary staffing or personnel services sector.
