- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in electrical system design, specifically power distribution
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards such as NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and local building codes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Design and develop electrical power distribution systems, including low and medium voltage systems
- Prepare electrical plans, schematics, single-line diagrams, and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinate with architects, structural, mechanical, and civil engineers throughout the design and construction process
- Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and circuiting based on NEC and other applicable codes
- Participate in field surveys, site visits, and construction administration activities as needed
- Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and assist with troubleshooting during construction phases
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, project budgets, and timelines
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry standards in electrical engineering and building systems
- EIT certification is preferred; PE license is a plus
- Experience working on commercial, healthcare, educational, or industrial building projects
- Familiarity with lighting, fire alarm, grounding, and emergency power systems
