Requirements
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to apply analytical and communication skills in support of climate and sustainability issues.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards, read a computer screen, type for extended periods, walk short distances, and/or drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials.
  • Excellent English language proficiency, particularly in writing.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, received within the past 24 months.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and apply robust and innovative research approaches to understand pathways toward challenging and ambitious climate and sustainability goals at international, national, and/or subnational levels.
  • Conduct integrated quantitative analysis and modeling, empirical research, qualitative research, mixed-methods research, or other approaches related to energy systems, land use, non-CO2 climate forcers, and climate policy and sustainability topics.
  • Work with the Center for Global Sustainability and collaborators as appropriate.
