  • The candidate must be able to design learning activities, reflection exercises, discussion guides, case studies, scenarios, coaching tools, and practical application resources.
  • The candidate must be able to interact professionally with employees, managers, executives, subject matter experts, vendors, and internal clients.
  • The candidate must be able to deal effectively with changing situations and priorities while maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Talent Development and Culture, business leaders, executives, and subject matter experts to design, develop, and update learning content for the CNB Leadership Academy and other enterprise learning programs.
  • Create learning materials, including PowerPoint presentations, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, leader toolkits, job aids, reflection guides, coaching tools, quick reference guides, discussion prompts, learning activities, pre-work, post-work, and communications.
  • Translate executive input, meeting notes, leadership concepts, business priorities, and subject matter expert knowledge into clear, engaging, learner-friendly content.
  • Support the development of leadership development modules, executive masterclasses, workshops, learning labs, and blended learning experiences aligned with organizational goals, culture, leadership expectations, and Academy frameworks.
  • Apply adult learning principles, instructional design practices, storytelling techniques, and visual communication standards to create engaging and practical learning experiences.
  • Design and update content supporting leadership behaviors, coaching practices, manager effectiveness, culture initiatives, employee development, performance management, and other Talent Development priorities.
  • Develop learning activities, reflection exercises, scenarios, case studies, coaching conversations, group discussions, and practical application tools to reinforce learning and support behavior change.
  • Maintain and organize learning content libraries, Academy materials, templates, version control, participant resources, facilitator materials, and related documentation.
  • Ensure learning content is accurate, professional, visually consistent, aligned with CNB standards, and ready for delivery to employees, managers, senior leaders, and executive audiences.
  • Support Academy program coordination by scheduling sessions, coordinating facilitators and executive faculty, managing participant rosters, sending communications, preparing materials, coordinating rooms or virtual sessions, and completing logistics accurately and on time.
  • Manage training programs through the Learning Management System, including course creation, learning plan support, enrollment, attendance, tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Management System administrator to maintain accurate and current records of learning programs, classroom events, online events, e-learning content, attendance, and participant completion.

Sensus Healthcare secures $15M revolving credit facility with City National Bank

Sensus Healthcare has entered into a $15 million revolving credit facility with City National Bank of Florida, according to an SEC filing. The agreement, dated 8 December 2020, is part of the Main Street Priority Loan Facility established under the Federal Reserve Act to support businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The credit facility is secured by accounts, inventory, equipment and intellectual property. It includes financial covenants and reporting requirements, including maintaining a minimum deposit balance and submitting quarterly and annual financial statements. Sensus Healthcare, which specialises in non-invasive treatment of non-melanoma skin cancers using superficial radiation therapy technology, will use the facility to support operations and payroll whilst expanding its market presence. The agreement includes CARES Act compliance provisions, restricting stock repurchases and executive compensation.
