Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Job Bank listed 39 openings in March 2026, showing active expansion.
  • August 2026 postings in Winnipeg, Brandon, and Red Deer confirm continued demand.
  • Uncapped commission and paid training support rapid rep ramp-up and margin leverage.

What critics are saying

  • Canadian Tire concentration makes contract loss existential if renewal fails in 2026.
  • Commission-heavy hiring and low wages, like $15.35-$17.60 hourly, drive churn.
  • Field-sales staffing across Canada stays fragile if retail traffic weakens or labor rules tighten.

What makes Kognitive Sales Solutions unique

  • Kognitive runs national in-store sales teams for Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard, August 2026.
  • It combines retail kiosks, paid training, and commission pay across multiple provinces.
  • The model sells financial products inside trusted retail chains, not through online ads.
