DESCRIPTION:
CSG’s Corporate Finance Director / Comptroller would be responsible for Financial Dept., Accounting, Budgeting, and Audits.
This position requires US Citizenship due to our Federal contractual obligation.
Must have prior and relevant work experience within the finance sector.
As a seasoned Finance Director / or Comptroller, you will serve as a senior-level staff member and part of the corporate team reporting directly to the CEO & CTO, but also regularly interact with CSG Executive Leadership and other corporate support staff to resolve any finance and accounting (F&A) needs or issues to ensure contract compliance.
We are seeking: an ideal candidate who will have a strong background in financial management and reporting, with a particular focus on Unanet software. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support business objectives.

POSITION DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Key Responsibility: Responsible for recording and integrity of all accounting transactions for the company.
• Financial Management: Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with company goals and government contract requirements.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency) requirements.
• Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Audit Coordination: Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit findings.
• Unanet System Expertise: Utilize Unanet for financial management, project accounting, and reporting; ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor any accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
