Assist in coordinating logistics for corporate events, trade shows, and brand activations
Support the Events Manager in vendor communication, scheduling, and budgeting
Handle pre-event preparations, including inventory, material shipping, and travel arrangements
Provide onsite event support, including set-up, guest registration, and coordination with vendors
Maintain event calendars and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met
Conduct post-event reporting and gather client feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to align event execution with branding objectives
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments
Prior experience in events, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
