The Role: Contact Center Agent (Call Center)

Minimum of 1-year call center experience.
Willing to work any shift from Monday - Sunday from 9am-9pm EST.
Reside in one of the following states: Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Kentucky, Texas, South Carolina, North Dakota, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, or Missouri.

Starting pay for Contact Center Agent, Tier 1 is $17.00hr.

As an ambassador of RGG, your role will be to support our Members in placing orders, answering questions, managing returns, and seeking resolution to challenges.

About You

High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in a call center environment.
Knowledge of call center customer service practices and principles.
Proficient data entry and typing skills with an eye for accuracy and detail.
General computer usage proficiency.
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Solution oriented to meet stressful situations with professionalism and a focus on resolution.

Not required, but experience with luxury brands and/or e-commerce retail is a bonus!
