Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year call center experience
- Willing to work any shift from Monday - Sunday from 9am-9pm EST
- Reside in one of the following states: Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Kentucky, Texas, South Carolina, North Dakota, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, or Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of call center customer service practices and principles
- Proficient data entry and typing skills with an eye for accuracy and detail
- General computer usage proficiency
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Solution oriented to meet stressful situations with professionalism and a focus on resolution
Responsibilities
