  • Minimum of 1-year call center experience
  • Willing to work any shift from Monday - Sunday from 9am-9pm EST
  • Reside in one of the following states: Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Kentucky, Texas, South Carolina, North Dakota, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, or Missouri
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of call center customer service practices and principles
  • Proficient data entry and typing skills with an eye for accuracy and detail
  • General computer usage proficiency
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Solution oriented to meet stressful situations with professionalism and a focus on resolution
