Requirements
  • Bachelors or Masters in marketing and communications
  • 7+ years in an all-round marketing role including performance marketing, life cycle management, digital marketing, social media and events
  • Experience of working in the European market with market knowledge and insights
  • Project management experience, with a high level of organizational skills and the ability to hit deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across multiple countries and teams
  • The ability to be proactive and have experience in working remotely with global teams, handling communication at all hours and maintaining strong relations with colleagues
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Hard working multi-tasker skills and the willingness to handle urgent matters across different time zones and off-hours when necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Building and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy in UK & Eastern Europe
  • Run initiatives that increase brand visibility and generates quality leads for our sales team
  • Expanding and challenging the current marketing strategy in UK & Eastern Europe
  • Driving increase in profitable active customers through integrated marketing activity
  • Engaging with existing customers through a robust life cycle marketing program
  • Running a retention strategy for high value customers in the region
  • Build relationships with local media and influencers and build the brand ambassador program in UK and Eastern Europe
  • Developing effective working relationships with central marketing team to deliver campaigns across PR / CRM and Growth marketing
