  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, training, and development within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
  • Proven experience with digital transformation initiatives and the adoption of BIM practices
  • Experience in a global or multi-regional organization is advantageous
  • Proficiency in engineering software, including tools provided by Autodesk, Bentley Systems, and Esri
  • Experience with the Pinnacle Series LMS or similar e-learning platforms

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of engineering staff across various teams, projects, and disciplines
  • Focus on the effective use of software tools provided by Autodesk, Bentley Systems, Esri, and the Pinnacle Series Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Implement training that supports the adoption of digital delivery best practices and enhance overall efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and software vendors to curate and leverage available training content
  • Create Parsons-specific training content suited to different skill levels and project requirements
  • Maintain and update training curricula to reflect the latest industry standards, technological advancements, and internal best practices
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching, both in-person and virtually
  • Use various training methodologies to effectively engage learners and ensure knowledge transfer
  • Align training delivery with established best practices for skill development
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
  • Implement strategies to enhance training outcomes and address identified gaps
  • Work closely with engineering teams, project managers, functional managers, and other stakeholders to identify training needs
  • Develop tailored training solutions aligned with Parsons’ strategic goals and the objectives of the Global Digital Delivery Program
  • Foster strong relationships across departments to promote a culture of continuous learning
  • Ensure all training programs align with industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and internal best practices
  • Identify opportunities to support engineering staff with professional development and licensing requirements
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for training-related inquiries and software usage
  • Serve as a resource for training related to best practices in digital delivery and engineering workflows
