  • 4+ years experience as a Technical Recruiter
  • 3+ years experience working for a Tech company (a big plus if you have industry experience in the cybersecurity space)
  • Strong experience in sourcing across technical roles
  • Clear and confident communicating, with high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to build relationships with cross functional teams
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
