  • Creating compelling merch proposals and pitch decks for new and existing clients
  • Manage contracts and deal spend to ensure Talent are getting the most value out of their merch partnerships with Cameo
  • Develop Creative strategy to maximize a client's launch and build out a robust merch collection, including managing client feedback on design and sourcing
  • Working with marketing to develop a robust promotional and marketing plan for each drop / collection, understanding the audience demographics and content in order to develop products fans will love and resonate with
  • Work with the broader Cameo team to create campaigns to elevate fan engagement for Talent that you work with, including bringing Talent onto Cameo for fan videos
  • Leading post campaign wrap ups for both Talent and the internal team, making sure that analytics and payouts are transparent and valuable to clients. This includes bi-directional feedback to ensure future drops with Talent are smooth and successful
  • Collaborate with leadership and the wider merch team to support quarterly and yearly planning, bringing creative ideas and industry knowledge to the table to support Cameo as the best platform for fan engagement and Talent revenue opportunities

  • You have 3+ years of experience in ecommerce/retail or brand development for creators, athletes or iconic figures within entertainment
  • You have deep industry IQ and are invested in keeping up to date with creator revenue trends throughout the entertainment industry
  • You are able to dive into your network without fear of being told “no”. You have a positive attitude and you are always able to find creative ways of highlighting the value of what you are selling
  • You are incredibly detail oriented, making sure internal and external partners are aware of what is expected or needed by them every step of the way
  • You work collaboratively with wider teams, ensuring there is always internal coordination across all departments to support the launch 'plan' for each client is executed in the best way
  • You are incredibly organized and have a proven track record for managing a pipeline and sales quota
  • You understand the value of a referral network as a scalable resource to develop more talent partnerships
  • You treat your clients and colleagues as partners, creating a collaborative environment at all times
