Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a professional program finance or cost control role
  • Experience on a program with EIA-748 Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements, IMS and CPR/IPMR/IPMDAR Deliverables
  • Experience using an EVM Cost Tools, such as Deltek Cobra
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot tables
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to perform detailed cost analysis and variance reporting
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
Responsibilities
  • lead EVM Operations from the project finance and cost control perspective
  • facilitate program cost and schedule inputs within the EVM Cost Tool, Deltek Cobra
  • support program planning, startup activities
  • support the establishment of budget targets with CAMs/PMs
  • create program Control Account and Work Package structure
  • import schedule and resource data into the EVM Cost Tool
  • facilitate monthly EVM Business Rhythm activities
  • assess Estimate at Completions (EACs)
  • conduct data quality, validation, and DCMA EV Compliance Metrics (DECM) checks
  • support Variance Analysis
  • instill appropriate change management and control principles
