  • Proven track record in computational analysis of proteomic data
  • Extensive experience with workflows and data analysis strategies

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with domain knowledge experts to plan and design studies
  • Process diverse types of raw data
  • Build pipelines for quality control, processing and analysis of DIA and DDA data
  • Develop analytical workflows for statistical and functional analysis of large-scale proteomics data
  • Integrate proteomics data with other omic and phenotypic data
  • Embed analyses and visualizations in automated reports
  • Build interactive dashboards for data visualization and exploration
  • Partner with other computational scientists to establish automated, robust, and efficient analytical pipelines
  • Stay current with and adopt emergent analytical methodologies
