Responsibilities
- The Principal Product Manager will write work intake documents, working with Business analysts to formulate requirements so the development teams can take them forward
- The Principal Product Manager will articulate to the BA and development manager a business understanding of the customer requirements
- Reviewing and approving stores / work intake (JIRA tickets)
- Attending and contributing to daily scrum calls
- Attending weekly grooming calls
- Analysing services / API schemas to map them to UI/UX functions so to develop a clear understanding of the data model and how that is reflected in the User experience
- Creating UI/UX 'straw mans' for requirements prior to code implementation
- Prioritisation of requirements against roadmap
- Reviewing and building a mid term 12-month and longer term strategic roadmaps with the overall business stakeholders
- Manage and prioritize defects
- Ensure implementation is validated with sponsors during regular touch points
