Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Quality coordinator or in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage an active portfolio of projects
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders
  • Experience with quality metrics, data analysis, and developing documentation to monitor and report on quality performance
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience with quality review of hazard assessments, facility design, and other technical documentation is a plus
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO, CQA) and process improvement experiences are a plus
  • Proven ability to utilize Microsoft products (Team, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a quality resource for technical project teams by sharing best practices and quality resources
  • Track and report on quality across various projects, identifying challenges in implementing quality practices
  • Assist with the development of checklists relevant to each deliverable, service, and contract type
  • Assist in identifying necessary personnel or other resources to address quality-related issues
  • Maintain open communication with senior managers within the team
  • Notify appropriate staff, including Project Managers, Program Managers, Group Managers, and the ERG Corporate Quality Manager, of identified quality issues
  • Meet regularly with Program Managers to discuss typical contract deliverables and the necessary levels of review
  • Familiarize yourself with contract Quality Management Plans (QMP) and the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP)
  • Assist in writing, editing, and refining progress reports and other quality-focused memorandums
  • Review deliverables to ensure alignment with quality plans
  • Create and implement documentation for tracking quality metrics, such as collecting client feedback and tracking quality performance
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency across all project stages
  • Provide periodic technical writing audits and training sessions for project teams
