  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a significant portion of that time in technical and customer-facing roles.
  • Deep understanding of silicon technology, semiconductor manufacturing processes, and the specific needs of foundry customers.
  • Proven track record of leading large, diverse, and geographically distributed teams, including experience at the VP or senior director level.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships, navigate high-stakes situations, and deliver results that exceed expectations.

  • Lead an organization of engineers, technologists, and customer-facing specialists focused on silicon technology development and deployment.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that align the organization with customer needs and the company's broader foundry business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence within the team.
  • Serve as the senior executive point of contact for key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical and business needs, driving the development of innovative, customized solutions.
  • Proactively address customer challenges, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with business goals.
  • Leverage deep technical expertise in silicon technology e.g., semiconductor process nodes, packaging, and design, to guide internal teams and customers.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable technical deliverables, collaborating with development and operations teams to achieve results.
  • Work closely with other senior leaders in foundry services, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure seamless execution and delivery of customer solutions.
  • Drive alignment between customer needs and internal development roadmaps, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team, focusing on professional growth and technical skill development.
  • Implement processes and tools that improve efficiency, collaboration, and the customer experience.
