  • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI) or related degree.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage UX research initiatives, applying both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to gather deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing) to define research goals and align on business objectives.
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability tests, field studies, and data analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Develop and maintain user voice programs such as customer satisfaction (CSAT) reports, Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and other feedback mechanisms.
  • Analyze user feedback, survey data, and product usage patterns to identify trends and actionable insights that will influence product development.
  • Build and maintain user personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks to inform design and development.
  • Develop research strategies and create a roadmap for ongoing research needs across the organization.
  • Work hands-on with research tools (e.g., Optimal Workshop, User Testing, SurveyMonkey, DSCOUT, etc.) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe etc.).
  • Mentor and guide other UX designers/researchers and work with product managers and designers to integrate research insights into the design process.
  • Own and manage ongoing user research reports, including regular updates on user satisfaction metrics and key learnings.
  • Foster a user-centered culture by advocating for user insights in decision-making across the organization.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Previous experience in establishing research strategies and reporting frameworks.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques for quantitative research (e.g., regression analysis, factor analysis).
  • Experience with healthcare or E-commerce.
