  • Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and VIP guests.
  • Assist with overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate service standards and enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain impeccable presentation across all client-facing areas.
