A day in the life.
The Compliance Services Specialist reports into the SVP of Compliance Services to coordinate and communicate compliance services, needs, and deliverables between the Employee Health & Benefits servicing teams and the Compliance Services team. This role is pivotal in ensuring proper understanding and implementation of new compliance regulations affecting the Employee Health & Benefits space, while supporting our clients in remaining compliant with all benefits that we service.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record included these skills:
- Working knowledge and understanding of employee benefits, the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA)
- Successfully collaborate with Employee Health & Benefits account team leadership to assess client needs, develop innovative solutions, and ensure effective communication regarding compliance alerts and new processes
- Effectively research compliance-related materials and provide high-level support by addressing day-to-day compliance inquiries and maintaining updated compliance templates and process documents
- Ability to draft and distribute client-facing materials, including templates and tools, to enhance the service delivery of Compliance Services to the Employee Health & Benefits account teams and their clients
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Producers License for Health & Life
- Proficient in Epic CMS
- Proficient in Smartsheet

The applicable base salary range for this role is $62,600 to $109,600.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
