Responsibilities
  • A robust and cohesive global Talent Management strategy; identification, retention, development and mobility
  • Clearly identified global learning priorities that will underpin the business strategy and the design of relevant, effective and efficient learning tools, academies and programs to build current and future capabilities
  • Embedded global talent processes such as performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and career development so that the concepts and purpose are well understood and consistently implemented globally
  • Further development of our global development curriculum and Career framework delivering inspirational learning & career opportunities for all, including outside workforce
  • A culture in which all employees are encouraged to take ownership for and drive their own career through giving them the tools, mentorship and support to understand their role and responsibility
  • Further development of our Talent Communities to ensure we continue to pipeline Future Skills for our business
  • Development of our Early Career Programs
  • Further development of our Leadership and Management Development agenda
  • Lead our internal communications and workforce experience department to continue to foster the Crocs culture
  • Own the continued evolution of Workforce Planning by providing mentorship and consultation to key partners on all matters related to workforce planning
  • Partner closely with finance on all matters related to headcount management and reporting. Ensure regular, ongoing access to HC and workforce trends and handle special projects as needed
  • Integrate WFP efforts with other key business processes, such as Multi-Year Planning and Talent Reviews/Planning
  • Continue to mature workforce plans beyond headcount management to build a holistic view of current talent and future talent needs
  • Partner with essential team members within and outside of HR to use workforce data to support business initiatives (e.g., facilities for real estate planning, finance for budget planning, talent acquisition for capacity planning, etc.)
