The Billing & Metrics team is in charge of revamping our metrics system in order to standardize usage collection and instrumentation for billing, and to expose this to customers & internal teams. You will have a massive impact on the user experience of our customers as well as the entire engineering organization.
You will:
Work in a distributed team that consists of supportive and passionate software engineers.
Architect and lead large cross-team engineering projects through the entire software development life cycle.
Ensure operational excellence and contribute to achieve a high level of technical productivity, reliability, and simplicity.
Collaborate with the entire engineering organization to build and extend systems that measure clients’ usage of LiveRamp services
Be integral in our relationship with our User Experience team and Product team, and partner to achieve best in class experiences
Perform code reviews and design reviews for other engineers on the team.
Be a key stakeholder in the backing services that unify LiveRamp’s user experience
Bring a wealth of best practices from past experiences to the team.
Help recruit the best engineers to join the team to build great products together.
Your team will:
Develop and maintain critical systems related to usage metrics, used to improve our customer experience and for billing purposes
Get billing system and contract system to talk to each other to surface useful insights and decrease operational costs
About you:
3+ years of experience leading teams designing and building scalable services, APIs, and infrastructures.
Have experience performing code reviews and providing critical suggestions for fixes and improvements.
Familiar with large distributed systems and performance optimization of complex enterprise systems.
Thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility, and you see challenges as opportunities for growth.
Are excited about collaborating with teammates across LiveRamp.
People management skills, experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
