Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams designing and building scalable services, APIs, and infrastructures
  • Experience performing code reviews and providing critical suggestions for fixes and improvements
  • Familiarity with large distributed systems and performance optimization of complex enterprise systems
  • People management skills, experience in mentoring and coaching team members
  • Significant experience with Ruby
Responsibilities
  • Architect and lead large cross-team engineering projects through the entire software development life cycle
  • Ensure operational excellence and contribute to achieve a high level of technical productivity, reliability, and simplicity
  • Collaborate with the entire engineering organization to build and extend systems that measure clients’ usage of LiveRamp services
  • Be integral in the relationship with the User Experience team and Product team, and partner to achieve best in class experiences
  • Perform code reviews and design reviews for other engineers on the team
  • Bring a wealth of best practices from past experiences to the team
  • Help recruit the best engineers to join the team to build great products together
  • Develop and maintain critical systems related to usage metrics, used to improve customer experience and for billing purposes
  • Get billing system and contract system to talk to each other to surface useful insights and decrease operational costs
