  • Punctuality is required to maintain customer service standards.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the customer experience and ensure satisfactory service standards and appropriate resolutions are achieved.
  • Assist with customer issue resolution in person or by phone by researching issues, reviewing transactions, and redirecting customers to appropriate resources.
  • Collaborate with internal business units to provide a cohesive customer experience tailored to individual needs and support comprehensive banking relationships.
  • Use tools and resources to organize and analyze customer data, align customer needs with tailored product and service recommendations, and manage the pipeline of customer conversations and opportunities.
  • Provide teller services, including balancing the teller drawer, performing customer transactions, processing cash advances, depositing currency, ordering coin, and performing other teller services.
  • Balance and replenish automated teller machines, including processing deposits and verifying currency in the machine.
  • Maintain customer accounts, open and close accounts, issue official checks, and address customer inquiries.
  • Participate in customer service phone queues by researching issues, reviewing transactions, and redirecting customers to appropriate resources.
  • Assist with branch opening and closing procedures as needed.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver tailored sales presentations that effectively present banking products and services.
  • Identify and engage in sales conversations and help customers select banking products and services, including investments and loans, while referring customers to appropriate business partners.
  • Open accounts and recommend services to new and existing customers in person and by phone.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Analyze and identify risks during customer transactions and use compliance and fraud training to respond accurately and escalate suspicious activity to the appropriate department.
  • Participate in internal audits and demonstrate understanding of internal bank policies and procedures.
