The Global Partnerships (GP) Project Manager will be a vital part of assisting and supporting Feld’s GP Licensing team. The ideal candidate must be an innovative and forward-thinking self-starter capable of thriving in a creative, fast-paced environment. The Project Manager will be skilled in managing multiple projects while maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders, agencies, and clients across various time zones and work locations.
Essential Job Functions
- Assist and coordinate projects as well as provide admin support for the Licensing Team
- Compile licensee line lists by season and retail placement by retailer
- Track royalty reporting by quarter and analyze for top-selling items
- Organize ticket requests and track hospitality needs and requests
- Build PowerPoint decks for meetings and presentations
- Track and organize samples for the department
- Support sponsorship and activation needs (banners, social, in-event demos, and giveaways)
Job Quaifications
- 1-3 years office administrative work in licensing, sales, sports, marketing, or related industry
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Must have strong communication skills and be well-organized
- Desire to learn and strong initiative
- Event and meeting travel may be required nights/weekends/holidays as needed
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the year as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills; ability to anticipate outcomes
- Strong analytical skills, process orientation, and business savvy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to use project management software to track and report on licensees
