Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience in healthcare capital selling meeting and exceeding budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • The ability to create healthy tension to disrupt status quo
  • Follow a defined and complex sales process with an average sales cycle of 6-9 months
  • Build clinical, financial, technical, and administrative sponsorship through expert industry knowledge and intense customer strategic discovery
  • Build support from Nephrologists and Medical Officers
  • Identify key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales of the Tablo within an assigned sales territory
  • Overachieve quarterly sales targets
  • Develop expert level knowledge of Dialysis
  • Make the economic case for Tablo through a robust hard dollar ROI
  • Ensure adherence to Company Quality policy
  • Negotiate complex contracts including software and IT provisions, cybersecurity, and business associate agreements
Desired Qualifications
  • 10 years sales experience in selling disruptive MedTech
  • Experience selling Software Analytics and EMR integration
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • 3 years Sales Leadership experience
  • Selling in disruptive environments and influencing behavior change
