Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT project management, preferably in acquisitions and optimizations.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification (preferred).
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote team environment (preferred).
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems integration (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage IT projects focused on acquisitions and optimizations from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and other stakeholders, to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
