We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design team. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and leaders to design exceptional experiences for ActiveCampaign users. Our team strives to create intuitive, efficient, and delightful experiences across every product touchpoint!
What your day could consist of:
- Collaborate across teams to shape and expand user experiences
- Seek and utilize data from our users, industry trends, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
- Explore and innovate ways we can delight our users through thoughtful intuitive experiences
- Communicate ideas through wireframes, prototypes, and presentations
- Test and validate working hypotheses with users through usability testing of wireframes, clickable prototypes, and published product
- See projects and initiatives through execution beyond launch and evaluate how it is impacting customers and our business
- Gain a deep understanding of how our product works and how it serves our users
- Help define design throughout the platform
- Set a standard of high-quality design that others can follow and collaborate with Design Systems to ensure sustainable, consistent, and reusable design components and guidelines
- Participate in and/or conduct design critiques
What is needed:
- 4+ years of UX/product design experience
- Excellent understanding of user experience design
- Ability to humanize complicated ideas through design
- Experience effectively communicating design vision and rationale with the team and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Figma, Google Docs, Jira
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Driven, curious self-starter
- Stellar organization skills Familiarity with Design Systems and Data Visualization Designing for inclusive and accessible experiences
- Awareness of industry trends, using insights to shape the user experience
