Senior Technical Solutions Consultant

• Drive the full technical execution for strategic partners (e.g., carriers, etc.), managing launch and testing to ensure seamless RCS integration.
• Become the trusted advisor for Android connectivity and RCS, troubleshooting network/app issues and architecting solutions to empower partners.
• Serve as the technical liaison between partners and internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Product, BD), translating partner needs into solutions.
• Collaborate with global carriers to align RCS roadmaps and provide integration support for a unified UX.
• Define, monitor, and analyze partnership KPIs, delivering insights to stakeholders for alignment and continuous improvement. Travel to partner sites as needed for technical support and relationship building to drive joint initiatives.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• Experience with carrier networking infrastructure and mobile networks.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in solution engineering or architecture.
• 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
• Experience with connectivity, IMS, telephony, RCS, IP Messaging, SIP, and other related communication protocols.
• Experience in foundational internet technologies like HTTP, TCP/IP, HTML, and JavaScript, as well as in Unix/Linux environments.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive multi-party initiatives forward.

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.

You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.
