Requirements
  • Experience managing and developing asset management systems, geographic information systems, and digital information platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and site-based information to support decision-making and service improvement.
  • Confidence carrying out site inspections, surveys, and investigations, identifying issues, and coordinating appropriate actions.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records, mapping, asset data, and land ownership information.
  • Ability to lead projects, system improvements, and process changes to improve efficiency and service performance.
  • Ability to provide clear, professional advice to a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and residents.
  • A full United Kingdom driving licence.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and management of Public Realm systems, asset data, and spatial information.
  • Ensure information held about council assets is accurate, reliable, and effectively used to support decision-making, service planning, and day-to-day operations.
  • Provide advice, drive improvements to digital systems and processes, and use data and insight to help deliver efficient, effective, and customer-focused Public Realm services.
  • Shape how technology and asset intelligence support service delivery for communities.
