  • Manage and lead Travel, Corporate Card, and Expense reimbursement processes and delivery
  • Primary business partner and support lead for internal customers, managing all inquiries related to program tools, policies, and processes
  • Continuous assessment of pain points, tools and processes for optimization opportunities and lead initiatives to replace and/or implement tools when needed
  • Evangelize, and provide direction/training programs to Asanas at all levels on T&E policies, processes, and best practices
  • Key point of contact for analyzing and resolving system issues in several tools and platforms, and identifying opportunities on how to improve in partnership with our Enterprise Technology team
  • Oversee and manage an external team that is responsible for the service delivery and day to day operational tasks
  • Partner with the Accounts Payable, Legal, Accounting and Finance teams to ensure accurate accrual and month-end close cycles
  • Partner with Strategic Sourcing to negotiate preferred hotel and airline rates
  • Implement a robust internal control process that supports the business and is SOX compliant
  • Periodic benchmarking and updating of our policies to ensure we are aligned with current industry best practices
  • Build, maintain, and report monthly metrics and create reporting dashboards for senior leadership across Asana (i.e. implementation of SLAs, metrics and KPIs)
