Job Description
You will be working in fast paced high-pressure environment where change is constant and needs to be managed with internal and external stakeholders, customers and suppliers.
You will understand Market Drivers and provide Market Intelligence; develop and maintain Cost Models for price transparency and provide Forecasting.
You will be responsible for analyzing spend data to identify cost savings and cash flow improvement opportunities
You will create and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within the industry.
You will manage preferred supplier network, including: identify, develop, qualify, onboard, transact and collaborate with a high number of suppliers for multiple categories
You will be responsible for negotiating contracts and purchases of chemicals to optimize supply and total cost of ownership, and executing and reviewing contracts ensuring compliance around pricing, payment terms, volume commitments, rebates.
Qualifications
You have 5+ years of sourcing experience, or equivalent technical experience. Product Management, R&D, Process Technology, Production experience preferred
You have a BS Chemical Engineering, BS Chemistry or equivalent degree required; MBA, MS, MSE preferred
You have experience working with Water Treatment Polymers, and strong understanding of Polymer Chemistry.
You are a quick learner and can work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines is required.
You have the ability to lead and work cross functionally with teams to balance solutions in accordance with budget, schedule and tools.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,300.00 and $143,220.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
