Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in sales, growth, or B2B marketing.
  • Experience with SQL, python, and/or other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve quality results on time, while working under tight deadlines.
  • Competitive, self-starter and works well within a team environment.
  • High level of interest in technology and supply chain management.
  • Manufacturing or Industrial Logistics domain expertise, a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in a technical discipline preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Support Kargo’s enterprise business by sourcing, lead and demand generation, and providing data insights to sales leaders.
  • Work closely with our sales team, providing tactical marketing support to unlock new opportunities to our largest accounts.
  • Design, execute, and optimize campaigns across channels including email, social media, PPC, and more.
  • Manage HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs, optimizing features for lead/pipeline management, marketing automation, tracking and reporting.
  • Track, analyze and report on KPIs, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and refine strategies.
  • Own and execute best in class Account Based Marketing programs while serving as a center of excellence for enterprise marketing strategy.
