Requirements
  • 1-2 years of advertising experience, agency or Direct-to-Consumer brand preferred
  • Experience working with Digital Marketing ad platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager or Google Adwords
  • Experience tracking projects in Asana or other project management tools
  • Ability to create and QA reports, tables, and charts with Google Analytics, Excel, and Looker (or equivalent)
  • Understanding of marketing funnel, digital marketing tactics, and performance KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc)
  • Excellent communication (both verbally and written) with a Client Service orientation
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to obtain common goals
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to multitask, detail oriented, can work independently, follow instructions, and work on a deadline
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management, execution and optimization of digital marketing channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Affiliate, OOH, Streaming/TV)
  • Manage and track daily performance of ads in-platform, including creative and feed management
  • Traffic and ensure the accuracy of campaign creative, linking and data
  • Project coordination & collaboration with key cross-functional partners to develop campaigns and support business strategies on multiple digital properties
  • Execute and evaluate reporting, with thoughtful analysis and recommendations
  • Generate and maintain content planners, calendars, and tracking documents; updating as campaign elements shift and new information becomes available
  • Participate in vendor partnerships, ensuring all timelines are met and content is delivered as planned. Provide vendors with all necessary sources/materials, facilitating approvals and communicating notes back to the vendor
  • Stay current on digital marketing best practices and industry standards; continuously recommend new approaches, innovative ideas, and/or technologies to deliver on KPIs
