  • Successful track record of beating multi-million dollar annual team quotas

Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall growth of Qualia’s platform sales in the United States
  • Coach and develop Account Executives
  • Support Account Executives throughout the sales cycle
  • Achieve or exceed revenue and KPI goals
  • Provide visibility and set clear expectations with the VP of Sales
  • Develop strong working relationships with various teams
  • Create a culture of winning and continuous improvement
