Userlane specializes in Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) that automate the training and onboarding processes for software applications. Its main product allows companies to help employees and customers learn to use new software without needing formal training sessions. Userlane primarily serves large enterprises that require efficient onboarding solutions, and it operates on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, where clients subscribe and pay a recurring fee based on usage. This approach helps clients reduce costs and increase productivity by streamlining the onboarding process. Userlane stands out from competitors by providing a seamless software experience that enables instant use of applications, making it easier for users to engage with software effectively. The company's goal is to enhance user engagement and productivity by simplifying the way people learn to use digital tools.
