  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred or equivalent experience required
  • Consulting firm/industry experience preferred
  • 5-10+ years of experience designing, engineering, and implementing IT networking solutions
  • Proficient skills across any of the following technical areas:
  • On-Premises Data Networking - LAN, WAN, Data Center fabric
  • SD-WAN - VMware (VeloCloud), Cisco (Viptela), Palo Alto Prisma (CloudGenix)
  • L2 Switching - VLANs, STP, vPC, LACP
  • L3 Routing - OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, IP/MPLS
  • Network Security - Next-Generation Firewalls with Threat Detection, ACLs, NATs, IPsec VPNs
  • Network Services - RADIUS, TACACS, DNS, DHCP and network monitoring tools
  • Vendors - Palo Alto, Cisco, Meraki, FortiGate, CheckPoint, Nokia IP/MPLS
  • Experience acting as technical architect on projects and/or managing engineering teams
  • Strong critical thinking, leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements in a hybrid working environment
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Energy & Utilities, and Consumer & Industrial Products consultants to lead, deliver, and grow portfolio of IT/OT network solution offerings
  • Function as SME in the secure design and implementation of network components for critical infrastructure environments and Operational Technology
  • Develop detailed designs for on-premises, field area, and cloud-hosted networks per client requirements
  • Architect, engineer, and deploy solutions for route/switch, QoS, security, SCADA, SDN, etc
  • Lead cross-functional project teams typically consisting of ~2-4+ consultants
  • Manage, coach, and train junior Enterprise Tech consultants, network specialists, and other teammates working on OT and/or critical infrastructure projects
  • Contribute to Technology practice development and OT Competency community meetings
  • Assist with business development efforts by supporting scoping conversations to drive pipeline
