Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of event planning and coordination, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics to ensure events run smoothly and meet expectations.
  • Develop event/marketing copy and create registration landing pages when applicable to support event goals and brand messaging.
  • Oversee the maintenance of our Salesforce database, ensuring all event-related data is accurately captured, managed, and utilized for follow-up and analysis.
  • Monitor event budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular financial reports to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI on event activities.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between the marketing team, sales team, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals and expectations for each event.
  • Handle logistical tasks related to event management, including but not limited to, registration processes, attendee tracking, and the distribution of marketing materials.
  • Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors and venues to secure the best rates and ensure high-quality event execution.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to analyze event performance, generating reports that provide insights into attendee engagement, lead generation, and overall success metrics.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that field events are aligned with sales objectives and marketing strategies, maximizing lead generation and engagement.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective follow-up strategies for event leads.
  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities for field events, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure timely execution of tasks, clear communication, and effective coordination of resources.
