Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience working in a regulated work environment
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a professional business environment dealing with the public in person and on the phone
  • Competent in use of Microsoft Office computer application
  • Excellent communication, client service, and follow up skills
  • Proven ability to work without direct day to day supervision
  • Excellent customer service, team player who builds and maintains relationships
  • Excellent coordination skills especially with multiple vendors and services
  • Competent in use of Microsoft Office computer applications
  • Ability to diagnosis problems, make sound decisions, prioritize, schedule and complete multiple tasks
Responsibilities
  • Customer service interface for B27 Visitor Center, Leadership Forum and Tech Bar and B28 Executive Area
  • Support/generate work request (via Maximo and/or CrowdComfort)
  • Organize Meeting supplies in the Leadership Forum
  • Start-up and maintain Coffee Machines for all assigned spaces
  • Maintain a clean and ready state areas making sure they are wiped down, swept and clean throughout the day
  • Coordination with internal and external vendor (Furniture arrangement, food services, janitorial services, etc.) as needed
  • Address possible minor repairs as needed
  • Work with JLL Facilities to escalate emergency/break-ins and notify of maintenance, repairs or requests in support of a ready state
  • Maintain stocked restrooms and kitchen supplies
  • Act as POC during time of meeting/event, this role may support: Issue management during the events or meeting, Daily walks to ensure each day of the meeting or event is in a ready state, Participate in the execution of the daily events to ensure we stay on schedule and address or support issues or needs as they arise, Support clean-up and trash removal as requested, Field all calls, emails, texts, Escalations as required
  • Confirm daily all areas and meeting rooms are reset appropriately
  • All other duties assigned
