PRIMARY PURPOSE: To develop and provide vocational services as specified by the referral source for individuals with occupational and non-occupational injuries and disabilities. To provide vocational services through multiple platforms such as in person, virtually, telephonically or a combination thereof.

Also preferred (but not required): Hold a valid unrestricted Rehabilitation Counselor/Professional Counselor/General Counselor license (in states/areas where available/required); Vocational Evaluation (CVE/PVE); Work Adjustment (CWA); Career Assessment Associate (CCAA).
Experience
And have a minimum of two (2) years of vocational rehabilitation counseling/placement experience, and a minimum of two (2) years case management experience in the workers’ compensation arena in order to be considered.
Also strongly preferred (but not required): Recent experience with the FECA vocational rehabilitation program and/or performing vocational rehabilitation in a workers compensation environment.

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $60,000-$75,000. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
