Responsibilities
  • Providing surprisingly delightful experiences to customers through all channels (email, phone, etc.)
  • Investigate and handle complex claims from start to finish
  • Organize and prioritize daily tasks to resolve claim-based questions
  • Work with stakeholders from Underwriting and Insurance Product on setting up new product lines
  • Coaching junior colleagues and shaping processes with management
