  • 3-5 years of partnerships/B2B/channel experience (Software sales experience preferred)
  • Amazing negotiating skills and experience in generating sales forecasts
  • Great understanding of the Partnership landscape
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills, group presentation skills
  • Ability to develop comprehensive referral partner seller growth strategies
  • Experience in training, motivating, and fostering relationships with potential partners
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with a strong positive attitude
Responsibilities
  • Active engagement with existing partners to bring in new customers to Lightspeed
  • Developing, managing, and maintaining the pipeline to achieve the assigned territories sales quotas
  • Providing monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline reporting and forecasts from channel partners in the territory
  • Executing MBR, QBR, and ABR with partners
  • Ensuring high-quality two-way communication between channel partners and Lightspeed
  • Leading one-on-one screen-sharing presentations as required
  • Providing market-leading support including access to training, marketing, and technical resources
  • Assisting Partner Development in acquiring Ideal Partner Profiles by sharing quality feedback and market insights
  • Working with Sales Development and Account Executive teams to execute industry and region goals
