  • BS/BA degree program in a related field (Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Business, mathematics etc.)
  • Ability to work with and simplify large data sets
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines
  • Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong analytical and story-telling skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with programming languages/ stats packages, such as, SQL, Python, R and BI tools, such as, tableau, powerBI is plus
  • Building knowledge across different Marketing Programs: Gain experience measuring and analyzing the reseller “brick & click” space. This will include hand-on experience with backend data requirements needed to make informed decisions, along with exposure to marketing tactics and levers used for optimization
  • Measuring impact of marketing on business: Work alongside analysts to help establish and deliver on measurement frameworks for account wide KPIs
  • Testing to excellence: Learn how to develop test and learn agendas within the reseller space
  • Become expert in telling stories with data: Directly support analysts and marketing leads to build performance reports and surface optimization recommendations for our core resellers
  • Cross-functional problem solving: Collaborate with multiple teams within MAA and channel marketing to deliver on ad-hoc projects, and surface data-driven recommendations
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of B2BC retail (i.e. Amazon, Target, Walmart) marketing strategies is a plus
  • Experience with paid media or pay-per-click modeling is a plus
