Responsibilities
- Ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Direct guests to their desired attraction.
- Communicate current offers and specials.
- Ensure building rules are enforced.
- Assist guests with joining waitlists.
- Create excitement for birthdays, first-time guests, and special occasions.
- Assist with completion of waivers where needed.
