  • Lead a team of Growth Marketers focused specifically on the implementation phase for new Spring Health customers focused on driving awareness, enrollment and utilization for eligible employee and dependent populations
  • Build effective, customer and member-centric partnerships with Sales and Customer Success, architecting and commercializing best-in-class processes that connect pre-implementation phases and customer commitments to post-implementation delivery
  • Work collaboratively with your Marketing Leadership peer group to ensure customer success and ongoing member enrollment and engagement post-implementation phase
  • Drive strategic marketing discussions with Spring's largest customer partners
  • Proactively measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communications efforts in terms of impact on overall account, sign-ups, product/service utilization, revenue, retention, and channel performance
  • Be creative, data-driven, and work cross-functionally to set up and execute testing, optimization, and experimentation. Report results and recommendations for use across the team
  • Build and drive continuous, data-driven refinement of a Marketing Implementation Playbook, focused on delivery of key business input and output KPIs, all while being budget conscious
  • Roll up your sleeves where needed to execute high-quality implementation efforts for customers
  • Own implementation planning including staffing, (considering both internal and external resources) budgeting, and programming
